Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exchanges are only permitted if you’ve received the wrong texture or length. You can only request an exchange within 3 days of you receiving your order. In order to get your bundle(s) exchanged, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject line ‘Exchange’. You must include the order number located on your invoice.
You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order. Once your order gets sent to our vendor you cannot cancel your order. Please order your hair at least 3 days before you need is as we will not cancel orders because you did not acknowledge our processing and shipping times. (7-10 days for processing & 1-3 days for shipping)
Sometimes we experience delays, especially during sales and holidays. So please take that into consideration when ordering!
All sales are final. Returns are NOT allowed.
Items must be returned/exchanged unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned/exchanged items must be accompanied by the original paper invoice or a printed copy of the e-mailed version.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. So please make sure to save your order confirmation e-mail until you are sure that you do not want to return the items. To initiate a return or exchange, please forward your order confirmation e-mail OR e-mail us your order confirmation number to Sales@thelumierecollection.com. Please title the subject line ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’.
If you would like store credit instead, you can mention that in the e-mail.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your account as quick as your bank will allow it.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund notification within 3 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as there might have been an error on our end.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you have ordered the wrong size, or your item(s) are damaged, you can request an exchange. You can only exchange for the same items. If you need to exchange, send us an email at email@example.com and make sure your subject line says ‘Exchange’. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
